Ordering through our e-shop is a contract for distance selling, governed by the legal framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended by current European law. Before you enter and use the online store kolibri.gr, please read carefully and make sure that you understand and agree with these terms, rules, statements and conditions, as your further use and browsing the site implies your explicit and unconditional consent and their acceptance.
You have the ability to make a valid order through our online store if you are legally qualified in compliance with the Greek Civil Code articles (if you have reached the age of 18 and you are not in legal support for a sales contract). Orders can be made by representatives of legal entities, while the company reserves the right to claim from the supervisor or guardian any orders made by legally incapacitated persons.
The Company reserves the right to modify or revise freely the terms and conditions of transactions with the online store whenever deemed necessary, and undertakes to inform consumers of any change through the pages of this e-shop. The user must periodically review the terms and conditions of use, as the use of the site after each modification implies accepting such changes. Any modification or change does not apply and does not affect already placed to execute orders. E-shop contracts are made in the Greek language, which you state you understand (writing and reading).

Kolibri.gr does not guarantee the availability of the products displayed on the website, but it guarantees the immediate and on time information to its customers about the unavailability of any of their purchased products.
The online store of the Company is not responsible for any technical problems that may occur to users when attempting to access the siteor during their visit, that are related to the operation or compatibility of their own infrastructure using the site. Furthermore, the Company does not bear any liability for acts or omissions of third parties and in particular unfair third party interventions in products and/or services and/or information available through its online store.
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to take responsibility for all activities that happen to your account or your password. We reserve the right to deny service, terminate accounts, remove or process content or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
The copyrights of the content and services of the website that have been or will be introduced on the internet are protected by Greek, Community and international copyright laws and are owned exclusively by kolibri.gr. We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than temporarily store pages), modify or exploit any part of it unless written consent is granted by us. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its content, the collection and use of any product listings, descriptions or prices, as well as any derivative use of this site or its contents, any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant or any use of data mining, robots or similar data collection and export tools.
Any unauthorized use terminates the license granted to you. You are granted a limited, revocable and non-exclusive right to create a hyperlink on the homepage of this site if the link does not portray our products or services in a false, misleading, deceptive or offensive way.
In order to make any transaction through the Company's online store, we will ask for your full name, the address to which the products will be sent, your mobile phone number and your e-mail address. In case of a sales invoice you will be asked for your profession, your VAT number and the competent tax office. The above data are processed by the Company in compliance with the application of article 7A par. 1 (b) of Law 2472/1997, in order to implement the order given by you and under no circumstances will they be revealed, published or sold to third parties, unless the procedure laid down by the law for the removal of confidentiality (Law 2225/1994) or any obligations resulting from the national implementation of Directive 24/2006 is initiated. You may, at any time, make any changes to the personal information you have disclosed to us or limit or cancel the use of any of these information, by completing the relevant online form or upon your request at email@example.com
Ordering process via e-shop
The transaction is considered to be completed only after sending a written electronic confirmation. In case of failure to execute an order, kolibri.gr has the right to withdraw and not to fulfill it. If the price has already been recovered, it is refunded by depositing to your bank account.
In addition to purchasing through our online store, you can order either by calling 2551082187, Monday to Friday from 10:00 - 18:00 (except Holidays) and Saturday 10:00 - 15:00, or by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, listing your full details and information regarding your order(surname, name, billing address and recipient address, contact phone number, payment and shipping method).
In case of an order containing products of different availability, shipment of the products of the same order will be made by calculating longer availability. Since the customer wishes so, they can pick up the products of different availability separately, but in that case the cost will be borne by the customer.
In case of products requiring long delivery times, the Company will promptly inform the customer of their estimated delivery time.
• Cash On Delivery: You can pay your order by paying the price upon recieving the product to the location you selected. Payments with cash on delivery are subject to a surcharge of xx, xx plus 24% VAT.
• Credit, Debit Card: Select a payment by "credit or debit card". You are automatically transferred to a bank's electronic payment environment.
• PayPal: You can pay your order via the popular Paypal online payment platform.
• Bank Deposit: You can pay your order by making a bank deposit in the following account. Please do not forget to include your name and order number in the details.
* Deposit of money to a company account must be made within 2 business days of confirmation of the order.

Ways - Time and Cost of Shipment
With courier company ACS and safe delivery in 1-3 business days throughout Greece. Exceptions are inaccessible areas.
If your billing address is different from your shipping address and you want the receipt to be sent in the billing address and not in the shipping address, you must pay an additional amount after consultation with us.
Time of delivery to the transport company
Delivery of the products to the shipping company for shipment, if they are immediately available from our store and if the order is registered until 14:00,is on the same day or at the latest on the next business day.
Products are always shipped at the customer's discretion and shipment is executed by the courier company ACS. The risk of loss goes to you after our delivery to the carrier.
Transport costs are formed according to the weight of the package and in any case are calculated and reported before the purchase is completed.
For orders weighing 2 kg, the charge is 2,016 euro plus 24% VAT. For every extra pound, there is an extra charge 0,80 euro plus 24% VAT per kilogram.
If you choose to pay on delivery, you will be charged 1,80 plus 24% VAT.
Days and delivery times are as follows: Monday to Friday hours 09:00 to 18:00, Saturday hours 10:00 to 14:00 or according to courier company schedule.
* If there is a disproportionate charge (too large size or weight of parcel), telephone communication will be preceded, to inform you of the extra cost of transport.
Our company is responsible for the time of delivery of the goods to the transport company, but not for the time of its final delivery by the transport company to the customer,which is the responsibility of the transport company.
Product Return Policy
Within 7 days from the date of receipt, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase you made through our e-shop without giving any reasons or giving us any explanation (unnecessary withdrawal). The right of withdrawal is exercised when you want to return the product you purchased from our online store and get your money back. In this case, you will be charged for the shipping cost of the returned product, which is deducted from the amount to be returned to you. Product to be replaced must necessarily be accompanied by the original purchase documents and has to be in the same condition as received, complete and without damage.
You must send us completed the application found HERE, either by e-mail or with the products you wish to return. Following the cancellation notice, the Company is required to reimburse the price received within 7 days of receipt and inspection of the products.
Return of defective products
You may return any defective products delivered within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt. In this case, the product should be undamaged and have all the original documents accompanying it (such as Shipment Bulletin, Invoice, Receipt, Certificates, etc.) and its complete packaging. The product is then picked up and checked to determine the defect reported by the customer. Once tested, the product will be replaced with a similar new product or, if it is not available, with a new product of the same quality and price, otherwise, if the customer does not wish to replace the product, the original purchase will be refunded to the customer. The refund is made in the same way as the customer's initial payment to the Company.
The shipping costs of both the return of the products to the Company and the return of the replaced product to you shall be borne by the Company. In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the online store has the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and to proceed unilaterally and unconditionally in whole or in part offsetting this claim against the customer.
Product return due to delivery error
In all cases where other than those sold are delivered, by type or quantity or quality which has been previously agreed in writing with the Company, the customer returns the products for review and finding the error. In this case, the costs of both the return of the products to the Company and the return of the replaced product to the customer are borne by the Company, provided that the method of return proposed by the company is respected.
